Role Overview
The Fundraiser Officer will be vital in securing funding through fundraiser events, grants, corporate partnerships, and donor relations. You will develop and implement a year-round fundraising strategy, organize creative fundraising events, and work closely with program teams to highlight ViN’s community-based impact.
This office-based position will include periodic field visits to gather data, interact with beneficiaries, and strengthen fundraising efforts.
Key Details
Contract Duration:
Initial one-year contract, renewable based on performance.
Salary Range:
NPR 45,000 – NPR 75,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.

Core Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Fundraising Strategies
- Create a comprehensive fundraising plan aligned with ViN’s goals.
- Identify potential funding sources, including local, regional, and international grants.
Build Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Partnerships
- Research and approach Nepali corporate houses, banks, and industries for CSR funding.
- Pitch ViN’s projects to align with companies’ CSR objectives.
Write and Present Compelling Proposals
- Write grant proposals and donor reports highlighting ViN’s programs’ impact.
- Develop engaging impact stories to inspire support.
Plan and Execute Creative Fundraising Events
- Organize charity dinners, online campaigns, cultural programs, and community events.
- Utilize social media platforms and digital fundraising tools to maximize outreach.
Foster Donor and Stakeholder Relationships
- Build strong connections with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent communication to maintain and grow these relationships.
