18th April, 2014: VIN has been supporting in various activities of Jitpurphedi women Agriculture Co-operative Limited .VIN has organized various trainings like vegetable farming, sewing cutting, embroidery, candle making etc for women empowerment. Embroidery training under Income Generation Program is one of important training to the women. The major objectives is to teach embroidery to the members of women’s group of co-operative and to develop entrepreneurs in embroidery business. VIN has co-ordinate, follow-up and document preparation for small and cottage industry development committee for this program and also co-operative management committee member has conducted meeting for embroidery training. VIN’s staff and management committee members work together for program request, implementation and management.
The embroidery training has been running in co-operative office. It is two month long.VIN helped to manage the teacher, participation selection, hall management and teaching materials management for the training. Cooperative has been also providing the training hall. The total participants are fourteen. They are very satisfied to receive the training. VIN has been getting positive responses from the women. The main aim of VIN is to empower the women by income generation activities. They thanked VIN for their wonderful contribution on this project.
