Jemini is currently working as an intern with the Women Empowerment Project at Volunteers Initiative Nepal. I aim to enhance opportunities and resources for women in various communities.She bring a background in public health and She is enthusiastic about contributing to impactful change through this project. She is thrilled to work with the team at VIN and learn from this enriching experience.
Her responsibilities focus on supporting initiatives that enhance targeted communities including; organizing and facilitating workshops, assisting in planning and implementing programs that align with the project’s objectives. Moreover, She contribute to monitoring the progress of ongoing initiatives and preparing reports to measure their impact. Her work directly supports VIN’s mission of fostering sustainable development by empowering women, and driving positive change within communities.

She hold a degree in Public Health, providing a solid foundation in health systems, community welfare, and policy implementation. Alongside this, she have completed specialized training programs in Disaster Risk Reduction and other capacity-building initiatives, equipped with the knowledge and skills to address critical challenges in public health and community resilience.
She possess a diverse set of skills and competencies that enhance their contribution to VIN’s Women Empowerment Project.
