What Is the Caring Hands Camp?
This work camp focuses on providing care, comfort, and companionship to elderly residents in Nepal. Volunteers work with local caregivers to enhance seniors’ daily lives by assisting with health checks, hygiene, social activities, and sustainable farming.

What Will You Do?
As a volunteer, your tasks will include:
Health and Hygiene Support
Assist nurses in health checks, first aid, and general elderly care.
Help maintain personal hygiene for seniors, promoting their well-being.
Social and Recreational Activities
Organize fun and engaging events like games, storytelling, or music sessions.
Encourage social interaction to combat loneliness and create joyful moments.

The camp is held at elderly care center in Lapsephedi, a peaceful village 40 kilometers northeast of Kathmandu. Set in the foothills of the Himalayas, this community offers:

The program fee is 270 Euros, plus 50 Euros for transportation, payable upon arrival.
